Ducharme has now been responsible for long term as well as a few short rentals of my house. He puts in a significant effort to find the right tenants and goes above and beyond to make sure that both tenant and landlord are well served.  When problems arose he was quick to respond and extremely professional.  Ducharme is a dedicated, meticulous and honest man whom I am proud to recommend.
